Create a support infrastructure that easily enables medical practitioners in the West donate a minimum 'one week' to help build public health provision capacity in Africa through explicit and tacit knowledge exchanges.
That one week is also intended as a springboard to links and relationships between individuals and institutions in the west and Africa or other developing regions long after volunteers have gone back to their home countries
